Santa Muerte Monumental Statue

La Santa Muerte veneration is becoming more popular as a cult that leaves marginality, to accept itself and to enter the culture from a more open angle. The sample of this, David Romo, archbishop of the Catholic Church based in Tepito, notified the Government of the opening of several temples and shrines.

One of them, the most monumental, by the enormous statue of the “White Girl” of 22 meters was raised in the State of Mexico in the municipality of Tultitlán, Santa Maria Coatepec, Jose López Portillo Avenue.
